Why This Program?
As Women of Color, our experiences are unique, shaped by cultural, societal, and historical factors. The Safety & Connection Program is specifically designed to address these challenges by offering tools for emotional regulation, fostering deeper connections, and creating a sense of safety. Through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, we provide a supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow.

Format: Weekly interactive sessions with discussions, journaling, and exercises.
